上星期上个South africa版的QQ就有个南非人来加我了。。跟他聊起来了。然后聊到音乐~他就说他喜欢英文歌和法文的歌。说他可以发我点歌曲。我都没说要不要就主动发了这首，这速度。。最高弹到1KB/S硬是发了好几钟头才接完。才5~6MB多大的文件。问他歌名叫什么没鸟我 NND害我接了那么长时间，不过发我的那个音质真的非常好 非网上这种找来的地址可比 这个乐队很不错噢 HOHO。

来自加拿大蒙特娄的庞克乐团Simple Plan，在团员主唱Pierre Bouvier、Jeff Stinco及Seb Lefebvre双吉他手、贝斯手David Derosiers与鼓手Chunk Cormeau 5位小伙子，早在他们青少年时期就将音乐视成未来的目标，重力加速度的宣泄出年轻旺盛精力，以轻松幽默调调大声响应出畅快的摇滚力道！

令人莞尔的专辑名称“No Pads, No Helmets…Just Balls”是Simple Plan献给乐迷的首张见面大礼，找来了Aronld Lanni(Our Lady Peace、King's X)担任此辑的制作人，12首简洁有力的单曲，以轻松幽默的语词，唱出正值青春期的年轻朋友心中的疑虑、不满，对爱情的憧憬，对人生的价值等问题，当专辑开场曲"I'd Do Anything"的旋律一倾而出，顿时他们流畅愉悦的旋律马上就让人嗅到一股快意的气息直冲脑门，好像也不在乎唱完此曲后是否能赢回逝去恋人的芳心；"You Don't Mean Anything"一曲就好似在呼应这种强烈的感觉；首支单曲"I'm Just A Kid"深觉人生是场恶梦，自已是被这世界遗弃，没人在乎可怜的小子。再到"Got Must Hate Me"又带入了一段令人捧腹的故事情节，好似一场倒霉的爆笑剧上演。顽皮诙谐的快活热力，让人无法抗拒的摇滚兴味，就是这么简单，爽快零压力的在Simple Plan之乐曲中一一浮现出来。
